Jesus Who is Jesus?

Our Lord Jesus said, “The Scriptures testify about me.” (John 5:39)

Our Lord Jesus said, “If you remain in my Word, truly you are my disciples.” (John 8:31)

Paul teaches us that "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

So at LCoP, in various groups and individually, we study the Word of God. Through these studies, we pray that

God Almighty Might Build Up His Church
that We Might Glorify Him.

On Sunday mornings at 10:30, several Bible studies are offered:

  • In the Music Room, Angela Madding leads a study of the book "Peter / Learning to Be Like Jesus".
  • In the Library, a study of the Book of Romans is led by Pastor Airey.
  • Sunday School is offered for the children; they are studying the Apostle's Creed.
  • Junior High and High School students meet in the Cry Room; their topic of study is "The Top Thirteen Questions About God".

During the week, several small groups meet at various times and locations for Bible study, fellowship, and service. Below is a calendar listing those studies. Click on the calendar entries for more information about them.
